Covering an area of 14,700 m², the campus combines flexible office spaces, a conference area with an auditorium and meeting rooms, a restaurant with a kitchen and bistro, and a data centre. The green outdoor area and inner courtyards further promote a sustainable working environment.

The building meets the requirements for Gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Among other things, sustainable building materials and a sustainable energy concept with a photovoltaic system and geothermal energy use are employed, enabling resource-saving and long-term efficient management.
