In southern Germany, a world-leading innovation hub for AI technologies will be established, aiming to compete with renowned tech hubs like Silicon Valley and Shenzhen. On a 265,000 m² AI-Campus, the innovative district will include office spaces, laboratories, a start-up innovation center, as well as housing, accommodation facilities, a communication center, restaurants, and a daycare center.
The project strives to be fully climate-neutral throughout its entire lifecycle. Through an intelligent technical infrastructure powered by renewable energy and highly energy-efficient building services, the energy consumption is expected to be reduced by up to 80% compared to other districts.
