Since the beginning of 2025, significant progress has been made on the FOUR Frankfurt construction site. The building and interior works are now in their final phase, and step by step, the new urban quarter in the heart of Frankfurt is coming to life.

In Tower T3, the first luxury apartments have already been occupied and the hotel has opened. The commercial areas are also gradually going into operation. In Tower T2, the first retail spaces opened in October and November – another important milestone. And in Tower T1, following the first move-ins in 2024, additional office tenants have now taken up residence.
