Heidepark Munich

At the former Bayernkaserne site in München-Neufreimann, the Heidepark will become one of the largest residential complexes in the Bavarian capital. Around 1,100 aparments, along with additional uses such as nurseries, commercial spaces, catering, and serviced apartments are being developed in several construction phases. The first building at the construction plot has been commissioned, beginning of 2025 as the first of four buildings.
