Heidepark Munich

At the former Bayernkaserne site in München-Neufreimann, the Heidepark will become one of the largest residential complexes in the Bavarian capital. Around 1,100 housing units, along with additional uses such as nurseries, commercial spaces, catering, and serviced apartments are being developed in several construction phases. Building 17 at construction plot MU1 has been leased at the beginning of 2025 as one of the first of four planned buildings.

For the building services design, the focus was on developing efficient and sustainable supply solutions tailored to the design and functional requirements of Max Dudler’s architectural concept. The integration of technical building services, ensuring sustainable and economical operation through high energy efficiency, was central to the project.
